Ian McGuinness works within the EMEA Pre-Sales Technology Group at Symantec; he is responsible for promoting the i3 suite of products and specializes in Application Performance Management (APM) of Web/J2EE technologies.

Ian joined Symantec through the company's merger with VERITAS Software in July 2005. He has worked in the Software industry for 9 years having started as a web developer in 1997 before joining Precise Software Solutions in 2000, and later VERITAS Software in 2003.
